Who likes lists when it comes to making meal planning easier?
I do! I do!
Today I have a No Bake Dessert list that would be great to print off and put in your meal planning binder (meal planning binder post coming soon!) as a resource for those last minute cookouts or potlucks!
Who says everything has to be always homemade, from scratch and take forever to make?
When you have little kids running around, there are some days where time can be a commodity that I’m not willing to spend in the kitchen.
Keep a few ingredients around to make one or two of these desserts and you will have a party in the makin’ anytime you choose!
Ice Cream Sundae Bar (sprinkles, nuts, hot fudge, chocolate syrup, whipped cream, cherries, fruits, candy bars… really the options are endless!)
Root Beer Floats (Root beer and vanilla ice cream… and straws if you happen to have them!)
Store bought GF sugar cookies, icing and sprinkles (decorate your own cookie party!)
Pudding Parfaits (pudding, whipped cream and maybe a vanilla wafer on the side)
Jello Parfaits (jello and whipped cream… because whipped cream makes everything more fancy!)
Orange Julius (put 1 C milk, 1 1/2 C ice cubes, 6 oz frozen orange juice concentrate, 2 TB honey and 1 tsp vanilla in a blender. Blend and Serve. My kids request these often!)
Frozen Peanut Butter bananas on a stick (cover in chocolate for extra sweetness! Oh my- this is my sweet girl from 5 years ago… Today she turns 6! Love seeing this sweet baby face again!)
Icebox cake (easily make this gluten free by substituting gluten free graham crackers)
Perfect Peanut Butter Pie (to make this gluten free either omit the crust or use a GF pie crust. My husband LOVES this pie!)
Peanut Butter and Chocolate Eclair Dessert (make this gluten free by using GF graham crackers… you do have to melt the chocolate chips in the microwave- but does that really count as baking?! Hehe!)
Gluten Free Chocolate Pudding Pie
Gluten Free Strawberry Yogurt Pie
Red, White and Blue Cheesecake filled Strawberries (These look AMAZEing!)
Chocolate Covered Strawberries
