I know from your messages, social media interactions, and from seeing your clicks to the site that many of you come to our blog for the free WW friendly meal plans, so it is important to me to get them updated. Of course, before I could update the meal plans to the FreeStyle Smart Points I needed to update the recipes. After pouring lots of time into updating the recipes I was eager to switch gears this week and focus on giving some love to our meal plans. I will continue to update the older recipes and meal plans as time allows but, as of today, we have 20 WW friendly meal plans that include the FreeStyle SP per serving that you can use right away! Thank you for your patience with us as we continue to update and improve things on our blog.
How to get to the meal plans that include freestyle smart points on MPM.
I created a new “Meal Plans with FreeStyle Smart Points” category so that moving forward we would have a way of sorting out the meal plans with the old smart points system and the ones with the new FreeStyle system. When you are looking at the top menu bar on MPM you will see where it says, “meal plans”. When you hover over “meal plans” three categories will drop down. The top choice will be “Meal Plans with FreeStyle Smart Points” and below that will be “Weight Watchers Friendly Meal Plans with Smart Points” and finally, “Weight Watchers Friendly Meal Plans with Points+”. When you click on “Meal Plan with FreeStyle Smart Points” it will take you to a list of only the meal plans that have been updated to the new WW FreeStyle program. You can also click here to get to that list at anytime.
Save this list somewhere.
This post gives the links to 20 of the meal plans on MPM that are now updated to the FreeStyle Smart Points. Of course, you can get to our meal plans from our top menu bar, but I wanted to create this list so you would have a quick and easy way to save these meal plans on Pinterest or by bookmarking it on your computer.
Have you noticed that our meal plans get a face lift from time to time?
All of these meal plans are organized from the most recent to the most ancient. You will notice that the look and design of our meal plans (and the printables) has changed over time. If you are interested in an ebook style that remains consistent in style and does not require you to click around to each meal plan, recipe, and grocery list, we have two meal planning ebooks available for purchase on MPM right now. We have a four week ebook and a twelve week ebook. You can purchase them from our MPM store or you can click on the links to read more about each one. Our ebooks use the recipes you can find on this site and are our most efficient and easy-to-use method of meal planning. To get a free sample meal plan that is designed like our ebooks you can sign up for our email newsletters here.
A girl has her favorites.
Of course, I like all of these meal plans or I would not have shared them on here, but after doing so many recipes over the last couple of years I must say I do have my favorites. 🙂 I am highlighting the meal plans in red that are my personal favorites, in case if that helps when you are trying to decide which ones to start with.
Okay, with no further ado, here is our list…

I have a question. I joined the freestyle program. Do I recieve meals to my home or do I just use the recipes you offer??

We provide the grocery lists and recipes and you shop for the ingredients, giving you the flexibility to make the recipes you like and bypass the ones you are not interested in. 🙂
