Meet Alisha Hughes
I am the wife to a really super supportive (and handsome) guy, and the mother of three beautiful young children. I am always on the hunt for healthy, easy, and tasty recipes, that I can feed my family, and I enjoy sharing the ones I love.
I started Weight Watchers back in 2015 and I have been sharing WW friendly recipes on here ever since. The WW FreeStyle Smart Points values and serving sizes are included with my recipes for others who may also be tracking points. My goal going into Weight Watchers was to lose 100 pounds. I meal plan because it helps me stay on track and I have found that when I take a couple of hours at the beginning of each week to meal plan and grocery shop, the rest of my week goes so much smoother and is much less stressful. Cheaper too, since we aren’t eating out all the time. I hope my recipes, meal plans, and lists will save you time, alleviate stress, make you more efficient, and help you to enjoy cooking more.
