Meet Alisha Hughes
I am a wife and a working mom who is busy with three beautiful young children. Creating and sharing healthy, easy, and tasty recipes is a joy for me. I am doing Weight Watchers so the recipes I share on here are WW friendly. The Smart Points values and serving sizes are included with my recipes for others who may also be tracking points. I meal plan because it helps me stay on track. When I take a couple of hours at the beginning of each week to meal plan and grocery shop, the rest of my week goes so much smoother. Every day is less stressful because I know what is coming up. Cheaper too, since we aren’t eating out all the time.
