I don’t know about you all, but the weekend is here and that means it’s time to Meal Plan and Grocery Shop for the upcoming week!
Instead of starting our Meal Plan on Monday this week and posting subsequent recipes each day….
*Drum roll please*
I am going to give YOU the Meal Plan, Grocery List and Recipes for next week ALL TODAY!
Our hope is that having a ready made meal plan and grocery list on Saturday will simplify life for you a little bit this weekend!
Don’t spend hours scouring Pinterest for great recipes, we have done it for YOU!
Don’t spend time sitting at your table making up a grocery list, it’s already DONE! (feeling some relief yet?)
Enjoy your Saturday and Sunday!
Spend time with your family and know that dinner will be on the table next week because we have taken care of the prep for YOU!

Here is the Gluten Free Table Meal Plan for the upcoming week, May 31-June 6th.
MONDAY: Grilled Pesto and Mozzarella Burgers
TUESDAY: Slow Cooker Chicken Curry
WEDNESDAY: Leftovers, Eat Out or Brinner (Breakfast for Dinner)
THURSDAY: Grilled Balsamic Marinated Pork Loin
FRIDAY: Sweet and Spicy Grilled Chicken
SATURDAY: Chicken Penne Pasta with Basil and Tomatoes
You can click on the link below the picture to print out the Meal Plan and the Grocery List. The Meal Plan has each recipe linked to the source.
Just click the link and print the recipe!
You will notice that the Meal Plan and the Grocery List are #. The # is there to help you. Let’s say you aren’t thrilled about Recipe #4 for Thursday. If you decide to not make that recipe, then you can go to the grocery list and simply cross off or delete (the meal plan and grocery list are editable) that item.
Now since this is the first time we have published something of this nature, there may be a few kinks to work out. If you have difficulty opening, printing, editing, saving or understanding any of the documents or links please comment or email and let us know right away.
We want to do our best here on MPM to help you out.
