WHAT YOU’VE BEEN SAYING…
“I print out your recipes so I can follow them while I cook. I started making notes to help me when I make it again (because I certainly WILL be making these recipes again). It’s funny, but I’ve written “OMG! This is so Amazing!” on so many of your recipes, that I’ve finally stopped writing it because it’s now just a given that the recipe is going to be incredible.
Thank you for making my weight loss journey a delicious adventure!”
“My family has been singing the praises of these meal plans and recipes. My daughter went on a praise rant yesterday after I fixed the Grilled Chicken Bruschetta for our meal. She gave a lovely speech about how awesome my cooking is and how I could just take the easy lazy route of opening a can or dumping out a bag of frozen things and calling it dinner, “but no, you put your blood, sweat, and tears into making amazing meals for US! I can never repay you for all that you’ve done for me!” I was like “just wait until I’m old and need your help with taking a bath”. She said she’d do that, but that she wouldn’t bathe Dad. Lol! During her rant of praise I couldn’t help but think about how much of a God thing it was that I found you girls’ blog and how much of a game changer this been for me. I’m not stressed about dinner anymore. I’m not a one-trick pony in the kitchen. I’m not stuck in a cooking rut making the same things that are good but come easiest to me.
I printed up every meal plan and grocery list and have them filed in a binder. Each week I flip through and see what sounds good for that coming week. I print up all the recipes so I can have them next to me while I cook. They get drips and drops and splatters all over them and I will keep them with the meal plan and grocery list in the binder for next time. We keep a copy of the meal plan on the fridge so everyone can see what is for dinner that week. We rate each meal at dinner and so far we have declared nearly every one a winner!
I was two weeks in to cooking from your blog and my husband asked “are these meals healthy?” “Why yes, yes they are. In fact, they’re Weight Watchers recipes!” He was wowed.
Bottom line is, I’m thankful. My husband thanks you, my children thank you, and I thank you.”
“I started on Weight Watcher’s Freestyle meal plan and have visited many web sites for information and recipes. I must say that your site is, by far, the most informative and helpful. Your recipes are great and contain ingredients that most people are familiar with and have in their kitchen. Keep up the good work!”
“I joined WW last Spring and had GREAT difficulty accessing their recipes sites, I was really frustrated! Then I found your site and it has been great!! We are going to restart our diet on Monday and already recipes are looking great!! Thank you so much !! Seriously, the recipes are delicious, easy and healthy!! Just told my daughter about your veggie and provolone quesadillas and kickin’ southwest cheeseburgers, she is not on a diet but everyone likes to eat healthy!!” Keep up the good work!! Thank you!!
“Made this for dinner tonight and Oh MY Goodness .. AMAZING .. Will definitely make it again and again.” (referring to the MPM Italian Meatball and Vegetable Soup)
“I just want to say I LOVE your site, recommend you to everyone I know, and print off my favorite recipes, grocery lists etc. So easy… I have lost 85 pounds, had surgery and gained back 15 pounds, now have 80 more to go. I get so tired of chicken but your recipes help me so much to experiment with different tastes etc. THANK YOU. Do not ever stop doing it.”
“Alisha, thanks for this recipe. It is delicious! My family loves it! I made a double batch this morning and gave some to my neighbors and the even the furnace man that was here today doing some repairs. It’s a big hit! Already added to my favorites!”
“Your site is amazing. Thank you so much for all the work and time you’ve put into it. I am just returning to WW after (too many) years away and I was dreading figuring out tasty recipes. I am so lucky to have found your site and look forward to trying all your amazing finds and creations!”
“I purchased this bundle about a week ago for this great price, and just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU! You have made my dinners come together quickly, easily and inexpensively! And my husband and 2 year old have loved the recipes so far. Plus I’m losing weight!”
“I love the newest ecookbook. It really makes my life a lot easier. I loved your first one too but this one is just fantastic!!! I do follow Weight Watchers and before I discovered your recipes/menus, food was boring. A heartfelt thank you for all of your hard work. My family and I truly appreciate it!!!”
“What you do is helpful. I will admit I don’t like most recipes in WW cookbooks. I like everyday recipes converted to WW SmartPoints. Thank you!”
Made this recipe and wow was it delish!!!!!!!!!! I truly never felt like I was eating a diet meal which is why I love MPM so much. I’m eating healthy without sacrificing taste or texture or anything else! I did add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of brown basmati rice to each serving. Ate it all week and never got tired of it. Another MPM success. Thank you so much!
“I made your Caesar Salad recipe for dinner. Oh my goodness, it is awesome! I usually just grab a bagged salad mix, but this is so easy, I’ll never buy a bag again. My husband and I are Weight Watchers members and appreciate the points values on your recipes. Thank you for sharing your yummy recipes!!”
God bless you for doing all this. Meal planning has been my biggest struggle so far since joining WW last December, and I’m so excited and relieved to have found this site that I could just about cry. No more dreaded, stress-filled Sunday afternoons completely occupied by finding suitable recipes, calculating points, and compiling a grocery list. This will be the key that enables me to succeed. Thank you thank you THANK YOU!
“I used to love to cook and would actually get excited to meal plan. I now have two kids and thinking about cooking or anything related makes me so anxious! What I am trying to say is THANK YOU! Thank you for sharing with the world and for helping unorganized, anxious mommies like myself.”
“Your site is a life saver!!!! I just started on the SP plan and I was struggling trying to find good stuff to eat and I just hit the jackpot here!! Thank you all so much, this is truly a blessing!”
“Made this recipe last night, love it! Even my husband who is the pickiest eater I know enjoyed it. The fact that it is so low in smart points is a great bonus.”
“This is incredibly helpful! I’m on a tight budget and I’ve just started WW online. This menu plan blesses me Thank you so much for posting your meal plans!”
“My husband and I loved this-we licked the plate clean! It’s important to spray the foil with non-stick cooking spray to ensure the food doesn’t stick. Thanks for sharing Alisha!”
“I just recently jumped back on the WW wagon and am in process of learning the Smart Points system and getting food/meal ideas and I just want to say, I have been perusing MANY websites with info, recipes, etc…but thus far, your site is providing the most useful information and lists that I have run across! Very practical and useful information. Thanks much for your efforts!”
“Just have to say THANK YOU SO MUCH for taking the time to do all these meal plans. As a mamma of 3 littles (including 1yr old twins) I have been FAILING at WW this time around. I was telling a friend last night that I just don’t have the time to even think of meals and how I wish someone could just give me a meal plan I could rotate through. I found your site today and it has saved me! I can’t say thank you enough for making the time to do this to help those of us who are struggling. Thank you so much.”
“I love this website! Every step of the process is pictured and a running commentary that personalizes the experience makes this irresistible! I live by my smart points too, so this website is a must have for me.”
“Wow! This is an awesome recipe. It isn’t my “style” of eating as I’m kind of leery of new combinations of food. However, it was just a flavor explosion in my mouth. This is going into the “loved it” stash of recipes.”
“I too must say I was lost and overwhelmed with how to start or plan my food menu and points. I bought the WW cookbook and hated everything in it. Too many expensive ingredients and foods I didn’t like. What a waste of money. You and this website is a blessing. Thank you very much for the printable list and menus. I feel like I can do this now. Thank you truly doesn’t express my gratitude for this information.”
“This is probably one of the most helpful things I’ve ever read! I don’t even do weight watchers, but it is so great to have a list of healthier options at places that I would normally go already. Thank you for this!”
“I am new to the site and I love it! As a Mom with a teenager who works and a husband that is on swing shift, it is SO hard to get a healthy meal together! This is one of my favorite weekly menus! Thank you so much for doing this! You make it easier for me to make my WW fit in with the family.”
“Wow! You sure have done a lot of work here!! . My son and I have been on Weight Watchers since May 17, 2016. I’m down 41 lbs. and I plan to keep on going! But some of my menu choices have gotten boring. Thank you so much for your suggestions! Hopefully with a few change ups, we won’t get bored!”
“I tried your pork chop with mustard sauce. It was excellent. I just joined Weight Watchers and enjoyed not blowing the budget. lol. Thanks,”
“THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS BEAUTIFUL SITE!! I have gotten so discouraged about my weight, once worked for weight watchers, so I know it’s a wonderful plan. But oh, how I get overwhelmed with meal planning. I can’t believe this is all free? I will be utilizing your menu plans often. They seem simple and tasty. Thank you for all the hard work that goes into the plans and the recipes. I really appreciate it!!”
“Your site has been a lifesaver for me. I was having a hard time coming up with great tasting dishes especially not time consuming ones. Thanks!”
“Man! Just started to rock week 4 of WW smart points menu planner. You guys continue to impress myself and my daughter whom I cook for most days. The Turkey Club with CP dressing was simple yet amazing. Please keep posting meal plans. Your helping me to stay on WW!”
“I just found this website today and I am so excited! All the recipes look amazing and I can’t wait to try them. Thank you so much for the meal plans as well as the grocery list. I am finding it very hard to figure out meal plans for my husband and myself.”
“I just wanted to say that I had made a comment before about how convenient and easy and budget friendly these recipes were and they made my staying on the program so much better. You replied that you were glad that they were helpful but wanted me to get back and tell you how I enjoyed the recipes. I am now on my third week of these recipes. I have to say I loved every single one of them except for one. I feel like these recipes are just as good if not even better than going out to a restaurant. They are so delicious! Thank you again thank you so much.”
“I just want to say Thank You, Alisha! Week 2 for the hubby & me, and the struggle is real when we are faced with catching a quick meal while out–scrolling through things we don’t have the points to order or using the app’s option to filter a list by a specific points range was making me cranky and unable to practice mindful eating, and he was just giving up and ordering whatever sounded good to him. I think your list idea is brilliant! I will return to your now bookmarked site again & again.”
“I love your site! I am just starting with WW SP and was desperately needing some meal ideas. I printed out the 14 weeks of menu ideas for dinner. I love the breakfast combinations with pictures but was hoping for something printable with pictures like on your weekly meal plans. I’m getting ready to check out the lunches and snacks next. I’m excited now because I was needing inspiration and think I have found it in your site. I’m curious, I haven’t found on your site how your WW journey is going. I would love to hear.”
“I’ve got to tell you what a God-send this is. I recently had emergency gallbladder removal surgery and have been having trouble eating much of anything. I’m a past WW leader who had a “life event” that tossed me way off the “wagon” and just about the time I started trying to get my life back on track – wham a surprise medical issue. Thank you for taking the guesswork and the planning out of this for me. Right now I need someone to hold my hand and walk me through by just saying, “here, this is okay, eat this” and I can do it. Thank you for being that someone!!!!”
“I am very new to WW and I was getting frustrated on desserts to choose, THANK YOU so much for this site ( I came by it by coincidence) and I will keep checking back……I do the WW online and sorry to say there really isnt very much support, so I turned to facebook groups and HERE (Internet). Thanks again ….”
“Just discovered your blog. I have recently rejoined WW after many years of “not into” the plans they had. I really like this “new” plan and find it totally doable and find your site also a winner! Great meal plans! Have you on my tool bar so you will be easy to get to!”
“Made this today for my lunch all week. Had a bowl right away because I was so eager to taste it. So delicious! I switched out the white rice for brown basmati and increased it to 2 cups – brought it up to 4sp per serving. Perfectly light for summer yet totally filling. Another success!”
“I’m seriously so thankful I found you guys!! I made the chicken cheese tortellini soup tonight and my husband asked, ‘Is this meal planning mommies?’ I told him yes and he’s like, ‘Dang, they’re awesome.’ Lol!!”
