Can I tell you what I am absolutely loving right now? As I have been taking some time to update the recipes on Meal Planning Mommies, I am surprised at how many recipes have dropped in WW Smart Points with the new WW FreeStyle program! I have found lots of low point treasures on our blog in the past couple of weeks and have been sharing a few of them on Facebook, but today I wanted to give a longer, more extensive list that you can bookmark or save on Pinterest and come back to time and time again. I am calling these recipes our “point droppers,” and I am including some point droppers in this list that are from other blogs I think you will love as well. All of the point dropping recipes in this list are between 0 WW FreeStyle SP and 3 WW FreeStyle SP per serving. I hope you find some recipes on here that you absolutely can’t wait to try in 2018!
How to know if a recipe has been updated with the new FreeStyle program on Meal Planning Mommies.
Most of the recipes on MPM have been updated to reflect the WW FreeStyle Smart Point values already. You will know which ones are updated because where they used to say “WW SP” at the bottom of the recipe, it will now say “WW FreeStyle SP”. All of the recipes in this list have been updated, and we thank you for your patience as we continue to slowly work our way through the recipes that have not been done yet.

Will the Smart Points count be left on the recipes like the Points Plus count is, for those of us who are continuing to follow the Smart Points plan? For some of us, having so much meat and eggs but fewer other points is not working! (I’ve tried it for almost a month now.) I was able to reach and maintain goal on Smart Points. It really works best for me.

Could you recommend some vegetarian recipes? Everything weight watchers is so meat centric that I really am struggling to find hardy vegetarian dishes.

Hi!
I was interested in the buffalo tacos that are listed under 2 points per serving. But when I went to the WW app and searched “Flatout Foldits”, the one she uses is 3 points just for the flatout. Can you clarify?

Hi Susie, I was looking at the comments on that particular recipe. In one of the responses Emily explained to one of the readers, “the foldits are cut into two at the seam and each taco uses one half of the fold it.” Hope that helps!

I’m looking forward to trying the Turkey Lo Mein and the Italian Pulled Pork Ragu. Have both on my meal plan for next week. My 2 adult children and I are all starting WW next week and this should give us a good start!
