Egg Salad Sandwiches

Serves: 5 sandwiches
Ingredients
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 tablespoons tarter sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 10 slices light bread
Instructions
  1. Chop up the hard-boiled eggs.
  2. Mix tarter sauce, mustard, and sugar into the eggs.
  3. Scoop ¼ cup egg salad mixture onto 5 pieces of bread and top each with another piece of bread. Cut sandwiches in half.
