This is my “week after Thanksgiving” meal plan, but I am giving it to you now so you can use it after Thanksgiving if you want to. The Greek Lemon Chicken Rice soup is my all time favorite soup! This soup tastes great with chicken or turkey, so set some of that leftover turkey aside on Thanksgiving and put it in your Greek Lemon Chicken Soup!
Still have more leftover turkey? Save it for the Turkey Club Salad later in the week.
I hope you will feel nice and cozy as you enjoy your soup this week. You can double the soup recipes if you want so that when you get home from your Black Friday shopping it will be there to heat up quickly or to eat for lunches during the week! These soups reheat well!

Just like last week, the number on the right matches up with the numbers after each ingredient, so all the ingredients with a #1 next to them are the ingredients for the Chicken Lemon Rice Soup. Don’t want to make the soup? Just cross off anything with a #1 next to it.
Also, don’t forget to go through your fridge and pantry and cross of the things you already have before you head out to the store.
