Does this picture of gluten-free meatzza look great or what! Last week we shared how my friend, Cindy Hicks, does her meal planning and judging by the clicks, likes, and shares, many of you liked that post. Well, today we are going to share one of the recipes that goes into Cindy’s rotation. Before we do, though, you should know that Cindy is on a grain-free diet so this gluten-free!! Here is the picture she took of her meatzza…
How do you make gluten-free meatzza?
Here is what Cindy has to say about this recipe:
“The crust is meat. I mix ground bison and chicken. You can also use Italian sausage. (About 2 pounds of meat for one cookie sheet) I add garlic and a couple tbsp of Italian seasoning and combine them well. Then pat that into a cookie sheet & bake 20 minutes @ 400. When that is done, add pizza sauce and your favorite pizza toppings. Return to the oven to melt the cheese. You can load it down with veggies and it still have good solid crust. We love it.”
