Ready for a super yummy, decadent dessert that’s a crowd pleaser?! I made this for my family when they were in town a few weeks ago and they all loved it! We topped these moist brownies with ice cream, whipped cream and chocolate syrup.
You are going to use a GF chocolate cake mix that makes a 9×13 pan. Some GF cake mixes only make a square 8×8 pan so make sure that you buy the larger size. Also, when you mix these you may need to add more milk depending on which brand of mix you add.
The consistency of the batter will be thick like brownies, not runny like cake. You will ONLY add the ingredients in the recipe, do NOT add the ingredients on the back of the cake mix.
1 box GF chocolate cake mix
1 small box instant chocolate pudding
1 package chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups milk
Spread into jelly roll pan/baker’s half sheet (18x13x1)
Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
