Cereals that are low in MyWW Green, Blue, and Purple Points.
Whether you are looking for a quick afternoon snack or an easy breakfast idea, this list will help you navigate that long cereal aisle. All of the cereals on this list are 4 Smart points or lower per serving on the green, blue, and purple plans of the MyWW program. (None of these smart point totals include milk.)
At first glance, it can be hard to know which cereals are going to be low in smart points. You can go down the aisle and pick up every box of cereal and scan the bar code to find the smart points, but who has time for that? Here are a couple of cereals that are higher in WW smart points than you might think, and a cereal to swap it out with. . .
EXAMPLE: Vanilla Almond Cereal
Aldi’s brand, “Fit & Active Vitality Cereal” is 4 green, 4 blue smart points for 3/4 cup.
“Wild Harvest Natural Crunchy Vanilla Almond Granola Cereal” is more than double that with 9 green, 9 blue, smart points per 3/4 cup serving!
Whether you are snacking in the middle of the day or looking for a quick breakfast idea, here are over 20 cereals to consider that are low in Weight Watchers smart points:
