I got this recipe from my mom, Rose Crosariol. To know her is to love her. She is one of the sweetest people you will ever meet, and she makes a killer tilapia. You’re going to love this recipe because it tastes amazing and it is super simple to make. The fish is cooked in three simple ingredients you probably already have as staples in your home: Soy sauce, lemon juice, and olive oil.
Ingredients:
1 pound Tilapia
2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Cover the bottom of a cookie sheet, or stone, covered with aluminum foil with Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Put Tilapia fish on the cookie sheet and pour soy sauce over the fish.
Pour a little bit of lemon juice over the fish.
Cook in oven about 10 minutes. Flip fish over and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Tilapia should be completely white all the way through and should flake apart evenly with a fork.
and WALAH! Really tasty Tilapia fish dinner.
