Hey friends, Sarah Anne here.
I cannot believe it is Tuesday already. This Holiday season has been a whirlwind and it’s not over yet. Our family is in Tennessee on our way to celebrate Christmas and New Years in Gatlinburg with family. We are staying in a large cabin in the Smoky Mountains. This will be my first time staying in the Smokies and I am estatic!
When our family gets together we share the meal planning and cooking. There are a total of 10 adults and 9 kids that will be living together for about four days. Each family has taken either a breakfast, lunch or dinner to plan and cook for everyone. This type of family meal planning works great when there are so many families.
Have you planned your meals out for the week yet? I know the holidays can be a hard time to meal plan with parties, going out to eat and family visiting. I would like to offer you our index of meal plans just in case you don’t have a plan or the rest of the week. You can pick one of our meal plans and choose only the recipes you want for the rest of your week.
In our index there are healthy meal plans weight watchers and gluten free meal plans. Don’t be scared by the term “gluten free” if you aren’t gluten free, they are healthy meals for any family even if you don’t cut gluten out of your diet! Same goes for Weight Watchers. Maybe you don’t follow a weight watchers program, but would like to make sure your dinners are healthy for the whole family.
