This week’s meal plan at a glance…
My meal plan this week is a combination recipes that have come from several different resources. I am sharing a salmon patty recipe that I got from my mom many moons ago and it has become a go-to recipe in our house. I am sharing a couple of tasty meals inspired by others, a great dessert idea, and a crock-pot meal that is so easy! On Friday my family goes out to eat for a Family Night, but I will be sharing a recipe that is quick and delicious that I think you will love.
Here is my dinner meal plan for this week, along with a bonus dessert idea on Saturday:
Tuesday: Crock-Pot (and freezer) Creamy Italian Chicken
Thursday: Roasted Vegetable and Provolone Sandwich
Friday: Chicken, Snow Pea, and cashew fried rice
Saturday bonus: Thin Mint Puppy Chow (and regular Puppy Chow)
And, for cuteness sake, here is my daughter, Keely, helping me make the thin mint puppy chow….
