This list has been updated once again on 1/5/2023 with the new WW points.
Check out the most up-to-date list here!
Introducing the the new and improved MyWW Restaurant and Fast Food Survival Guide, with Green, Blue, and Purple Points!!
This list has been updated (and expanded) to include more food options- all of them with green, blue, and purple points…
But we moved the lists… to three separate lists.
Having the Green, Blue, and Purple plans has made this list look sloppy and I wasn’t happy with it, so I split it up into three different posts. Want to get to just the list you need? GREAT! Just follow the link below to the list you are looking for.

Update as of 1/1/2022:
I realize that the Green, Blue, Purple point plans are outdated information now that the PersonalPoints plan has come out. I also realize that this list can still be helpful.
We have been updating our posts for those who are tracking WW PersonalPoints and looking for some recipes with links to the WW recipe builder…
1. At the top of the recipe post, you will see a link that says, “Link to recipe in WW app” under the top image and the “Jump to Recipe” link. This is what it looks like on my Grilled Chicken and Corn Salsa recipe.
2. Once you click on the link, you will be taken to the WW recipe builder where you will see how many PersonalPoints one serving of the recipe is based on your personal plan. Here is what it looks like when I click on my link from the Pesto Zoodles with Shrimp recipe…
I hope this helps. To see what other recipes have been updated with links to the WW recipe builder, you can go here: https://mealplanningmommies.com/category/personal-points/.
Back to the original WW friendly restaurant list post…
One day a week my husband brings me lunch at work and we sit and eat our lunch together. Isn’t that romantic!? 😉 It’s a built-in “date night”. We started doing this over a year ago because we wanted more time just the two of us and our places of work are about two miles away from each other so it was an easy way to squeeze in a “date” each week. He usually texts me first to ask what I want him to bring me. I used to use that question as an opportunity to eat whatever I wanted. “Hmmm… well… since you asked…and since we have a coupon…” and then I would suggest something unhealthy.
The nice thing about the MyWW program is that it helps you to develop some awareness of what is smart to eat and what isn’t. I used to think I had a pretty good gauge for what was healthy and what wasn’t, but then when I would look things up on the app and I was surprised at what I would find! I know that fish is healthy, and I know that fried chicken is bad, but what about fried fish?
Let’s start with the Orca Bay cod fillets (pictured below). You could eat 6 ounces of this cod for 1 Green point, 0 Blue, or 0 Purple
Not bad, right? Now compare that to the 3 Piece North Atlantic Cod at Culvers (pictured below) which is 33 Weight Watchers Smart Points!!!
Yes, you read that right! The difference between eating 0-1 points or 33!! Don’t get me wrong, I love me some fried fish, but WOW! I did not know the difference would be so extreme! That is where tracking, and looking things up, works in our favor. It bring awareness to these kinds of things. Maybe the cod fish isn’t worth it? Or maybe it is for you, but that is what makes MyWW great. If something is worth it to you, there is a way to work it out by eating healthier options before and after you splurge.
A long time ago, I made lots of lists for myself to make sticking to my WW plan easier, and then I started sharing them on here. I have shared my “Smart snacks with MyWW” list and my “Smart Desserts with Smart Points” list. Today I want to share my “Smart Fast Food with on the MyWW plans” list!
This is not a full list. I simply went through the long list of MANY food options at each food place and shared a few of the options that are low in green, blue, and purple points.
I’ll tell you how I am going to make this work for me. Next time my husband texts me, asking what I want for lunch, I am going to refer to this list, rather than taking ten minutes to scroll through every option on the app. The nice thing about this list is that you don’t have to weed through all the bad ideas to find the good ones. Make the right choice before you have to make the choice! It’s so much easier that way.
At the bottom of each list I share two smart lunch combination ideas that would be low in points for you to consider. I hope this helps you!
Three helpful fast food tips I am learning as I go…
Tip for pop and french fry lovers: This may seem obvious but french fries and pop are lot of points and are pretty much always a bad idea. The problem is I love those things. Do you too? Here is my sneaky tip. Think portion control. Sometimes when I am eating with my husband and he orders fries I eat 3-5 of his, or when he has a shake I take one-two drinks of it. It’s just enough to enjoy it but not so much that is throwing off my whole day/week. As far as french fries go, consider a side salad instead. As far as pop goes, give flavored unsweetened tea a try!
Tip for dressing and sauce lovers: A salad with no dressing is a little harder to swallow for some of us. Consider putting the salad on the fork and dipping the tip of the salad in the dressing rather than dousing the salad in dressing. Make a little go a long way. This, again, comes back to the idea of portion control.
Tip for mayonnaise lovers: Grilled chicken is almost always a good idea. When it doubt order a grilled chicken sandwich… but does a chicken sandwich taste bland without the mayo to you? Consider putting the mayo on, but then scraping it off so there is just a thin layer of it in the sandwich and see if that doesn’t help.

Outback Steakhouse
We got this message from an MPM reader that I thought might be helpful to others on here. She said, “Not sure if you know this but Outback cooks everything in butter for the most part. You can ask for it not to be and it takes down the points so that Broccoli would be 0 and same for the chicken on the barbie. Also their basic salad is free if you remove the cheese and croutons. The one near us is really great about the changes and we have been told that all of them should be able to do the same. Hope this helps someone.” Thanks Lara! 🙂

OUR LIST OF SMART SNACKS THAT ARE LOW IN SMARTPOINTS HAS ALSO BEEN UPDATED WITH FREESTYLE POINTS.
Are you in the mood for some snacks? We have a long list of snacks that are broken down by how many green, blue, and purple points one serving is worth. This is one of our most popular lists on Meal Planning Mommies and it has also just been updated. You can get to the list here.
Please feel free to drop us a comment if there is a particular restaurant you want us to showcase in this post! Of course there is a very extensive list of restaurants on the WW app, so you can always look there too!

Thank you for commenting Pamela! We will! 🙂

Wow! This is so helpful. Thanks for doing the legwork to make getting take out so less time consuming.
I am saving all of your lists to keep in my purse.

Great idea Jenny! Thanks for letting us know that you are using the lists! 🙂

I love this just found it going to print thank you
Alisha Hughes says
You’re welcome. 🙂
Lauren says
Yes! You’re the best and I appreciate the info! I am new to WW and I am still confused on the different sets of points. I am going to try to read up about them so more but I wish there was a link or place with the straight forward answer.
Alisha Hughes says
Hi Lauren, Was there a specific question you had that I might be able to help answer?
Jessica mayhew says
Thank u so much for the help? What r the smart points for Chinese food?
Alisha Hughes says
Hi Jessica. It’s probably not exactly the same at every Chinese restaurant, but I found a place that gives the Panda Express menu smart point totals, and they might be similar. You can find those here: http://fastfoodnutrition.org/panda-express/weight-watchers. Hope this helps. 🙂
Tami says
This is so helpful! Thanks for putting it together.
Alisha Hughes says
No problem! 🙂
Kerri says
Do the SP values for Chilis include the sides?
Alisha Hughes says
Hi Kerri, No they do not. Just the chili. Sour cream, crackers, or anything else you would put on chili would be extra points.
Beth says
This list is a fabulous resource! Thank you so much, Alisha. A question… do the salad points include dressing? (Wendy’s, Chick-Fil-A and Panera Bread specifically)
Alisha Hughes says
Thanks Beth! Great question! The salad point values do not include dressing. When in doubt a lite vinaigrette is usually a smart dressing choice. What I have been trying to do, though, is use the dressing that they suggest with the salad, but just not use very much of it. I put the salad on the fork and dip the tip of the salad in the dressing rather than dousing the salad in dressing. Makes a little go a long way and I don’t usually use more than 1/4 of the packet so I only have to count 1/4 of the points of the dressing, but I am still getting the flavor from the dressing. Hope this helps!
Whitney says
Thank you so much for the great tips & ideas! This is a valuable resource & I will be sharing this with our little family group, the Ladies of Weight Watchers. 🙂

Bonita says
I am just beginning Weight Watchers Smart Points and thank you so much for all the useful information.. I am finding quite a few recipes on other sites and would like to try them as Smart Points dishes. The problem is that many of the dishes have no nutritional information included. How can I figure the points in the dish without this information? I know there has to be a way and am hoping that you or one of the other readers that are experienced Weight Watchers can help me. Again, thank you and all who leave comments for the great tips and comments.
Alisha Hughes says
Hello Bonita! Welcome to the Weight Watcher family! This is a great question! Actually, the most accurate way to find WW Smart points for a recipe is by using the “recipe builder”. If you go on the app or log in to the website there is place that says, “My foods”. Click on that. Then click “recipe”, and then “create a recipe”. Give the recipe a name and then plug in the ingredients and how much of each ingredient. This can be a little time consuming, especially if a recipe has many ingredients, but it works. I am using the Weight Watcher recipe builder to find the smart points on the recipes we share on here now. Best of luck to you on your weight loss journey!
Alisha Hughes says
Such a gracious response. Thank you! This was good to wake up to today. When it comes down to it you made a very good choice that you can feel very good about so bravo to you! Your body still thanks you. 🙂 I appreciate you as well.
Heather H. says
Awesome Job! Keep these point lists coming, makes life so much easier. I just joined WW a couple days ago and was hunting their site for the lists you have. They should bring you on board and pay you a nice wage for doing such a good service for others!
Alisha Hughes says
So kind!! Thank you Heather. 🙂 Welcome to the Weight Watcher family!! Looking forward to hearing your success story someday. 😉
Laura says
Thanks for taking the time to put this list together. Life gets busy and I eat out a lot. This list is sure to be a huge help with my journey!!
Alisha Hughes says
No problem Laura. Glad to help. 🙂
Alynn says
My kids are huge Red Robin fans. Any chance you have a list for there?
Alisha Hughes says
We love Red Robin too. Of course, the endless fries are just asking for trouble. 🙂 According to the Red Robin website they will now let you substitute their endless steak fries with Sweet Potato Fries, Steamed Broccoli, Coleslaw or Side Salad, so I would ask for the broccoli or a side salad with minimal salad dressing. The best dinner option there that I know of is their “2 piece Chicken Ensenada platter” for just 8 Weight Watcher smart points. I will look for more ideas and post a few when I get a chance. Thanks for the suggestion! 🙂
Sharron says
Loved your information. Third week on w w .
Linda Rus says
Great help … Thanks so much for the information you posted, made my losing weight much easier!
Angela says
Hi there ladies. Thanks for going to the trouble to make up these lists for us. I have selected some of your top choices myself. The Ensenada Chicken is very good. I did want to point out that I think your points are off on your Wendy’s Ultimate Grilled Chicken Sandwich. It comes up as 8 points when I enter it on my dashboard. I don’t use a phone to track. I’m not sure why the difference. Just checking in. Thanks for the helpful tips though.
Alisha Hughes says
Yes, you are correct. The Ultimate Grilled Chicken Sandwich is 8 WW SP! Thanks, Angela. 🙂
Veronica says
This is great! I have a request. I am trying to locate Togo’s WW Smart Points and I’m going crazy! I don’t know if it’s because it may not be a widely spread chain maybe….? Idk. Any info on it? Thank you!
Alisha Hughes says
Hi Veronica, I’m not sure. I don’t have a Togo’s where I live, but I was able to find their nutrition facts online. You can find them here and then plug them into the WW calculator: http://www.togos.com/Togos/media/Files/TOGOS-NUTRITIONAL-INFO.pdf. At first glance it looks like to me that a half/mini sandwich and some vegetable soup would be a smart choice. A half/mini turkey and cheese sandwich is 8 WW SP and their garden vegetable soup is 3 WW SP. Both their spinach and their gluten-free wraps are 9 WW SP each, so one of those would be a good idea too. Hope this helps!
Taryn says
I can’t print these 🙁 Any suggestions?
Alisha Hughes says
Hi Taryn, I actually took the printable off of this one because I kept adding to the list and all of the restaurants did not fit nicely onto one page anymore. I intend to keep adding new restaurants to the list so the list may get pretty long. Perhaps you could do a copy and paste action? You could paste the restaurants you do like onto a word document and print it off that way. Hope this helps.
SUSAN says
Thank you! Just had Taco Bell lunch based on this. 🙂
One of my easy, go-to fast food options is Egg McMuffin or Egg White Delight. By my calculations, 9SP and 7SP respectively. The delight uses a leaner Canadian bacon, plus egg whites, hence the point difference. But the Egg McMuffin is on McD’s all-day breakfast menu, making it an option any time of day.
Alisha Hughes says
Awesome Susan! Good idea for McDonald’s. Sounds like a smart choice. 🙂
Kathy Holley says
Great list—I’m so grateful for one of my WW meeting-mates for posting a link here.
Quick suggestion: Please consider adding some of the “Buff” options to your Noodles and Company listings. Nutritional info is listed on their website. Basically, the “buff” version of some of their most popular meals substitutes raw spinach for pasta—so you get the yummy meat, sauce, and veggies but on a base of greens instead of noodles. Tasty and filling—and warm, for when you want more of a meal than a salad. The Buff Tuscan Fresca is just 9 SP, the Buff Japanese Pan is 10.
Thanks so much!
Alisha Hughes says
Perfect. Thanks for the suggestion. I will put those two on there. 🙂
Tina says
Love this site thank you
Bea says
Thanks for the great ideas!
Nikki says
Thank you, thank you, thank you! You did all the work I thought I was going to have to do. You hit all the places we eat most often. I am so grateful for this list!
Alisha Hughes says
Awesome. 🙂 That’s perfect. Thanks for dropping us a message.
Stacie says
Thank you for this! A colleague & I were stressing about 4 days of meetings we have to go to next week and it’s not at a place we can fix a lunch. This is so helpful!
Alisha Hughes says
Perfect! Have a great week! 🙂
Trixie says
I just want to say Thank You, Alisha! Week 2 for the hubby & me, and the struggle is real when we are faced with catching a quick meal while out–scrolling through things we don’t have the points to order or using the app’s option to filter a list by a specific points range was making me cranky and unable to practice mindful eating, and he was just giving up and ordering whatever sounded good to him. I think your list idea is brilliant! I will return to your now bookmarked site again & again.
Alisha Hughes says
Trixie, Thank you so much for your kind words! Good for you and your husband for trying. I know I have certainly been there many times. Sometimes even with all the right answers right there in front of me I still choose something I know I shouldn’t just because I want to and I am tired of making good choices. Some days are just like that. Glad this list is helpful for you! Cheering you on. You can do it! 🙂
Melissa says
Just found the list – wow! Very useful information.
Careen Abadjian says
I went to red robin tonight and got the 2 chicken breast ensalada meal (8 SP according to this), but before I left I saw that they had a nutrition facts card on the table and when I put it into the WW calculator it said that it was 15 SP? Is it 8 SP without the sauce on the chicken? Is that why it is so different in point value? Just curious.
Alisha Hughes says
Hello Careen. Good question. I went off of the WW app. When I talked to the Weight Watcher 24/7 person a while back about a similar situation they said that they get the points values from the restaurant. When you use the Weight Watcher recipe builder it does not go off of nutrition facts and it factors in that vegetables are 0 points, so even though the fruits and vegetables of a recipe have calories they are counted as zero. My guess would be that when you factor in lean chicken being lower in points and veges being zero points it comes to 8 smart points. Hope this helps.
Kelsey says
This is probably one of the most helpful things I’ve ever read! I don’t even do weight watchers, but it is so great to have a list of healthier options at places that I would normally go already. Thank you for this!
Alisha Hughes says
Awesome Kelsey! You’re right. Most of the things that are good on Weight Watchers are good for just about anyone. Thanks for dropping a comment!
Brittany says
Thank you for compiling this list!!
Sarah says
Where do you store your lists for quick reference?
Alisha Hughes says
Hi Sarah, you can get to our lists with smart points here: http://mealplanningmommies.com//category/smart-foods-with-smart-points-lists/
Brittany says
Hello Ladies! I am looking for the to the printable list for the fast food points listed here but cannot find it anywhere on this page! I even went to the printable list page and when I click on the fast food 10 points or less it just takes me right back here. Would LOVE to print out this list…could you give me the link to print? 🙂
Thanks a million!!
Alisha Hughes says
Hello Brittany, I actually took the printable off when I was adding new restaurants to the list because they no longer fit on one page. I will revisit the idea of trying to recreate it again and just have multiple pages. If I am able to make one I will jump back on here and comment again. In the mean time you can copy and paste this list to a word document and print it that one. Thanks for asking. 🙂
Alisha Hughes says
Okay, I just updated this post with a printable version of the list. You should be able to print it off now. Thanks for the suggestion of updating the list and getting it back on there. I think this will be helpful for many others too. 🙂
Susie says
Not so much fast food but what about points for bubba Gumps. I have not been able to find this anywhere.
Alisha Hughes says
Hi Susie, The closest thing I could find to this is here: https://www.healthydiningfinder.com/restaurant/Bubba-Gump-Shrimp-Co. It gives a few different food options you can get from Bubba Gumps and if you click, “more” it will drop down the rest of the nutrition facts for that particular food and then you can plug it in on your WW app. An example of something you could eat and feel good about would be the Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail for just 3 WW SP or the Shrimp Caesar Salad that is 9 WW SmartPoints, according to this site and the WW app. Hope this helps.
Spinem says
OMG you are my hero!! You brought tears to my eyes with this list. My husband and I travel a lot to visit his parents in Canada and our son in So. Carolina and Florida. We drive to these locations and usually stop at one of these fast food places along the way. You are a true lifesaver!! Any chance you have SP values for Cracker Barrel, Thai food, Korean and Vietnamese? I know that is asking a lot – but wanted to ask just in case! 🙂 Thank you again, from the bottom of my heart (and belly).
Alisha Hughes says
🙂 I do not currently have any of those on a list. I will look into them and see what I can find.
Susie says
Hi. I am from Buffalo, NY area where prople eat Fish Frys every Friday in lent. I know every place is different but do you have any ideas what say 4 oz of batter fried fish would be? Thank uou so much. Starting week 2.
Alisha Hughes says
Hey there Susie, that sounds like fun! ? If you go by the WW app 4 ounces might be close to 7 smart points. I put in “fish fillet, battered or breaded fried fast food”. Hope this helps! Week two! Good job! ?
Zelma Lee says
I just ran across this website today and I am starting weight watchers today on my own. I love everything that is on this website. Can you tell me if you have any points information for Outback Steakhouse and Red Lobster?
Alisha Hughes says
Great question Zelma! I would love to get those in this list. I will look into it tonight and see what I can find.
Alisha Hughes says
I got Red Lobster on there. Hoping to get to Outback soon. 🙂
Rosemary says
How many points are in a fast food hamburger with the bun with nothing on it thanks
Alisha Hughes says
Hi Rosemary, It depends on where you are getting the hamburger, the size of the burger and the way it is cooked. Is there a certain place in particular that you had in mind?
Amanda W says
THANK YOU! This is a lot of work and very much appreciated! What a HUGE help and time saver!
Our favorite restaurants are Roosters, Skyline Chili, El Vaquero, and Yabo’s Tacos. Thought I’d see if you had any information on them. Again, thank you for this great website!
Lesli says
Thank you so much this was wonderful. You are the best
Alisha Hughes says

Adica says
This is so helpful! Thank you for your hard work! I’m new to Weight Watchers, and I was excited to see that they had restaurant options preloaded on the app, but it was somewhat overwhelming to try to dig through the options.
My husband and I also went through it together because sometimes he just picks up some fast food for lunch and was curious about the better options (he was so happy his favorite, Taco Bell, had so many good options for him). We were completely amazed at the 59-point fish at Culver’s, too! We kept joking afterwards that you could eat say, three Crunch Wrap Supremes (his favorite at Taco Bell; 15 SP, I think) for fewer points.
Alisha Hughes says
How perfect! I’m glad this will help you two. It’s amazing, isn’t it? 59 points for some fish! Who knew? Feels good to gain some awareness on these types of things and have more confidence when you are making a good choice. I love Taco Bell too and could probably eat there everyday and not tire of it. Proud of you guys and happy to be on this journey with you! 🙂
Lori says
Thank you so much! This will be such a blessing during softball season!!!!
Alisha Hughes says
So glad! 🙂
Eas says
So when you do something like put the mayonnaise on your sandwich and then scrape it off, which I have done before, how do you account for the points that are in the bit of mayonnaise that is left?
Alisha Hughes says
I suppose it would depend on how much you scrape off. I know when doing Weight Watchers we want to be diligent in tracking, but I am thinking you are probably okay to be a point or two off. 1 tsp. of regular mayonnaise is 1 smart point and I think that by the time you scrape off some of the mayonnaise you are left with something close to that. I would count it as 1-2 points. Hope this helps!
Stephanie McMurray says
I know we are taught not to drink our points, but Chik fil a has a large diet lemonade that is awesome. Also, I’m surprised KFC isn’t up here. Their grilled chicken is very low in points and tasty and they have a good selection of veggies for sides.
Jonathan Sherman says
Super helpful!!! I’m going to download this and your other lists to keep on my phone. I’m a guy, btw, and have been finding WW very helpful. Thanks for this wonderful resource you’ve put together! Well done.
Alisha Hughes says
Awesome Jonathan! You are definitely not the only guy who has found MPM to be helpful to them. Honored to have you on our site and glad these lists will be helpful to you! Thanks for dropping a comment. 🙂
Amy says
So helpful! Exactly what I was seeking. Thank you.
Alisha Hughes says
Perfect! 🙂
Jade says
Could you please add in Chipotle? Thank you!!
Alisha Hughes says
Hi Jade! Sorry it took me forever to approve this comment and respond to it. I wanted to wait until I had time to actually answer your question with a yes and I didn’t approve it right away because I didn’t want to forget to get back to it. Thanks for understanding. 🙂 I am going to work on this right away.
Jade says
🙂 Thanks so much!
Alisha Hughes says
No problem! ?
Jennifer Winters says
Chick Fil a side salad no dressing is 3 points. BUT if you remove the cheese it’s free!!! The points come from the cheese and crunchy toppings. Order 12 count grilled nuggets, (3sp), a side salad no cheese( 0sp) light Italian dressing (1sp) and I use a half packet of the honey BBQ sauce. (1sp)
I eat 4-6 nuggets with the sauce, then break up the rest, toss it on salad and mix in dressing.
Most filling 5 point meal for me to date!!
Alisha Hughes says
Wow!! Love it! So smart. Thanks for sharing Jennifer. 🙂
Stephanie says
Do you have any lists for other sit-down restaurants? Applebees, Chili’s, and Texas Roadhouse are some of our favorites.
Alisha Hughes says
Stephanie, Sorry it took me forever to get around to adding these. I didn’t see Texas Roadhouse in the app but I was able to add Applebee’s and Chili’s on this list. Thanks for the suggestions!! 🙂
Meredith Cubberley says
Thank you for the post! Please know that paneras half turkey avacado blt is actually 9 points not 6. Found out after I had it but it was delicious at least!
Alisha Hughes says
Oh no! Thanks for letting me know that! Not sure how I got that one mixed up. I just made the correction. Thanks for understanding. Glad it tasted good! 🙂
Lara says
Not sure if you know this but Outback cooks everything in butter for the most part. You can ask for it not to be and it takes down the points so that Broccoli would be 0 and same for the chicken on the barbie. Also their basic salad is free if you remove the cheese and crutons. The one near us is really great about the changes and we have been told that all of them should be able to do the same. Hope this helps someone.
Alisha Hughes says
Awesome Lara! Thank you for bringing that to our attention. Love it! 🙂
Amber says
The taco bell listings in the pdf are the same as the restaurant listing above. Maybe a copy & paste error. Just want you to know! 🙂
Alisha Hughes says
Thank you Amber! So glad you caught that for me. 🙂 Updating it now.
Maddie Myers says
Thanks for this list. May I ask for chipotle why is the chicken still 3 points if chicken is now a zero point food option?
Alisha Hughes says
It must have to do with how they cook it. Perhaps in oil? Even some seasonings can have points, so it’s possible that it is a combination of the two.
Maddie Myers says
I looked online at the ingredient list and didn’t notice anything that would give points but who knows.
Chrys says
If the restaurant isn’t in the actual WW list, they usually are based of nutrition information that would not eliminate the nutrition info of the chicken. It also has Rice Bran Oil as an ingredient which is 4pts/TBSP, so depending on how much is used it would also impact the points.
Chrys says
It also might include parts that aren’t 0pts, like thighs.
Dana says
I would love some points for Zoe’s. I especially love their cauliflower rice bowl and protein power plate!
Maureen says
Hi Alisha, thanks for compiling such a comprehensive list! It takes much of the guess-work (and agonizing choice) out of ordering. Have the SP values been updated since the Freestyle Program began? And, would it be possible for you to add the ‘99 Restautant Smart choice foods? Thank you!
Alisha Hughes says
Yes, these are FreeStyle SP. ?
Paulita says
I noticed that some of the points need to be updated to freestyle.
Alisha Hughes says
Hi Paulita, I actually updated this list to the FreeStyle point in January. Was there something in particular that wasn’t right? Sometimes restaurants change the way they make something and so the SP changes so if you see something that isn’t right please don’t hesitate to let me know. Thank!
Ashley Lampi says
I’m curious about the chicken at chipotle. New to WW and under the freestyle, chicken is zero points but you have it as 3? I’m still learning so hopefully this isn’t an obvious answer lol. This is a great list!
SeaBrzJo says
You take so much time to do this for us, Alisha, and I know we all appreciate it, but I would GLADLY pay for an iOS/Android App if you ever created it.
Alisha Hughes says
Thank you! That is great to know. I am going to start blogging full-time in February so it’s possible we may be able to look into some of those kinds of things this year that I have not had time to look into yet. 🙂 We are making note of suggestions at this time and taking them seriously so thank you. I appreciate your comment.
Don Andersen says
Unfortunately this list is only for when you get stuck going with friends, because why go to a Restaurant only to eat their lowest point food? For example, if I choose to go to Red Robin, it is to eat one of their Hamburgers, not Simply Grilled Chicken Burger.
By the way, the Red Robin Red’s Double Tavern Burger with Lettuce Wrap is only 16 points.
Linda says
I am retired and every group I belong to wants to go out to lunch. I hate “spending” points and money on things I don’t like to eat. The weight watchers app is great but doesn’t really cover the restaurants here. Your list is very helpful and reassuring. thank you
Alisha Hughes says
Awesome! Glad this will help you! 🙂
Kamikazega says
Popeye’s blackened strips are one point for five!have green beans as a side for awesome two point meal! Bojangles has roastedtenders and green beans is a two point meal as well.
Alisha Hughes says
Awesome! Thanks for dropping that message on here. 🙂
Martin says
Thanks for doing this!
Alisha Hughes says
Of course! ?
Caroline says
I’m looking at your ww points restaurant guide. Why are the side veggies so many points? Is it the butter? Even then it seems like a lot. At outback seasonal mixed veggies is 5 pts. and a side of broccoli is 3 pts. Just curious. Had I not seen this , I would have thought the side veggies a wise choice.
Alisha Hughes says
Yes, any time I see that vegetables have points when I am eating out I always assume it has to do with the way it is cooked. Steamed vegetables would not have points, but vegetables cooked in oil or butter could. 5 points does seem a little high though, doesn’t it?
trish heaver says
I’m following the WW Freestyle plan but I’m confused about Smart Points values lsited for the fast food restaurants . Are they the same?
Alisha Hughes says
Yes, these should be the FreeStyle Smart Points you would see in your WW app. From time to time a restaurant can change the way they cook something and that could change the # of points, so if you see a particular example that is not correct please feel free to drop me a comment and let me know. Thanks!
Trish Heaver says
Thanks so much! After I posted my question I read a few from the last 2 years and had my question answered! Thanks again ?
