*The new MyWW plans have rolled out! This list has been updated to include green, blue, and purple points now.
New update as of January 11, 2020: I have added printable lists sorted by the the points at the bottom of this post. There is a list of just green points, one with just blue points, and one list with just purple points! I hope you like them!!
A list of smart snacks with MyWW Green, Blue, and Purple Snacks!
If you are asking yourself, “What snacks can I eat that are low in MyWW Points?” we have over 60 quick snacks that are 4 or less MyWW Points for you to consider!
Everyone who tries to lose weight has to have a plan for when hunger strikes if they are going to be successful. Being proactive is always your best bet. Not deciding what you will do when hunger strikes before hunger strikes is like going grocery shopping when you are hungry… you are more likely to grab things that aren’t good for you!
I have compiled a list of a quick snack ideas that are worth 4, 3, 2, 1, or 0 MyWW Green, Blue, and Purple Point(s). Add these snacks to your grocery list to keep smart snacks you can grab quick in your kitchen. Keep this list where you can see it so you can remember what snacks you have on hand and how many points they are worth. Cross the snacks off as you run out of them or frame the list so you can cross them off with a dry erase marker.
Plus a ZERO SMART POINT snack on the Blue and Purple Plans!
We have a new favorite quick, easy, and convenient snack 3 Green Points or 0 Blue/Purple Points here on MPM. You will love this Greek Chickpea Salad here. It’s delicious and will get you fueled up and happy until your next meal! 🙂

Where would Dannon Light & Fit Greek yogurt fit into the snack list? It’s my favorite, but I don’t see it. Thank you for an excellent blog!
Alisha Hughes says
Hi Beth, Dannon Light & Fit Greek yogurt is definitely a smart snack with just 2 WW SP for one container. Thanks for sharing another smart snack idea! 🙂
Lisa says
You are a life safer! I have joined Weight Watchers, but I was having trouble planning meals etc.
I’m so tired after working all day that I didn’t feel like making a menu and a grocery list. I truly appreciate your help!!!! Thank you!
Alisha Hughes says
Thank you Lisa! I understand. 🙂
Andrea says
These lists are great and I have been a ww member since 2005, but when I use my weight watchers app calculator Rold Gold pretzel sticks are 3 points for 16 so I am wondering how you are getting 20 for 1 point thanks.
Alisha Hughes says
Hmmm… that is odd. On my app when I plug in “Rold Gold pretzel sticks” it shows that 20 is 1 point… which does seem low. Is it possible that you are looking at pretzel rods or the cheddar flavored ones? Perhaps the app is wrong? Did you go off of the nutrition facts on the bag? I will have to look into this one more. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.
Alisha Hughes says
Update: I just verified with someone on 24/7 chat (online help) and they said that it is correct that 20 pretzel sticks are 1 WW SP.
Tabitha says
When you say smart point are you referring to points plus? Thanks!
Alisha Hughes says
Hi Tabitha, Actually Weight Watchers decided to stop doing points+ points in December 2015 and started doing a new program called, “Beyond the Scale” and the points changed a little bit so they decided to change the name of the points to smart points.
Tabitha says
Oh man this really stinks! I started with WW when they were doing just regular points way back when, and then I went back and they changed to points plus. Now smart points? I can’t keep up! All of my recipe books keep getting phased out! Thanks for the update!
Alisha Hughes says
I hear you Tabitha. That was one of my initial disappointments too… that I bought these new cookbooks only to have the points not apply with the new system. :/
Cathy says
Thank you! So excited I found yourvsite???
Alisha Hughes says
🙂
Asia says
Great list!
I’ve never heard of the Quacker brand. Is “Quacker” actually “Quaker”?
Thanks!
Alisha Hughes says
Oh dear! Yes, you are correct. It should be “Quaker”, not “Quacker”. What’s funny is that I did it more than once. Thank you! 🙂 I will go in and fix that.
Laura S. says
Great List!! I would add, Cheez It Reduced Fat White Cheddar Crackers…. 4 Smart Points for 25 crackers.
Alisha Hughes says
Oh yummy! Thanks for the idea. I added it to the list.

Wow! Thank you SOOOOO much for this site. With my fast paced life, I was getting ready to give up WW – I just don’t have time to cook and felt so limited in things to eat without time to cook. This will be a life-saver for me!
Alisha Hughes says
Perfect! Glad this will help you! 🙂
Pat says
Thank You this so helpful. Your awesome
Alisha Hughes says
Aw. Thanks Pat. 🙂

I’m thrilled that I found this. I happened to be googling WW Smart points for Hummus and here I am! As a lifetime member who is now following at home, I am subscribing to your blog. I’m most likely going to be linking to your blog at some point when I do a post about my return to losing weight. Hope that is ok with you.
Alisha Hughes says
Awesome Catherine! Thanks, of course that is okay. What is your blog?
Mary Ellen says
I just started following WW and Smart points. I was shocked to learn the individual containers of Peanut butter ( sold at BJ’s) are 8 points. I was eating one in the afternoon with an apple, and now, will be rethinking that choice!
Sheryl Pasley says
Hi, I am a little confused here with the Taco Bell Menu:
Fresco Chicken Soft taco (4 SP)
Fresco Soft Taco w/ shredded chicken (3 SP)
Can you tell me what the difference is between these two?
Alisha Hughes says
My apologies. The correct one is the 3 SP one… wording in the WW app has changed and the # of SP has changed. When I made the list both were still in the app but I see now that they have taken off the 4 SP one that was worded, “Fresco chicken soft taco”. Thanks for catching that. I have updated the list.
Kristin says
Hi. I’m sorry if this question is already answered in this article (I’m sneaking and looking at work so I don’t have the time to read everything at the moment!!), but the list of foods and points is that a current list? Just want to make sure i’m following the most up to date info!! Thank you very much in advance and again i’m sorry if it’s already answered previously!!
Alisha Hughes says
Yes, the points in this list are the WW FreeStyle Smart Points which is the most up-to-date Weight Watchers program. 🙂
Maria Porzio says
When I scan, w/the barcode scanner on my WW app, the Mini Babybel Light semisoft cheese, it shows as 2 freestyle points each, not 1 (as per your list above). Do you know why there is a difference, and which points value is is “correct”? Thank you!
Alisha Hughes says
Oh, that’s weird, isn’t it? When I do a search on the WW app it still shows that one Mini Babybel light is 1 WW SP. I am not sure why it would be different.
Faye says
Very good info
Margie wilson says
I love your great lists, especially were you put several items together for snacks. I have a struggle with breakfast! I joined online WW on the day after Thanksgiving!! I have lost 4 pounds so far, several slip up! I love in a rural area, so not close to a place for meeting. Again I really appreciate you sharing your brilliant info!
Alisha Hughes says
Thank you for introducing yourself, Margie! Four pounds is wonderful! Way to go! Proud of you. 🙂
Mikie says
I do not understand the blue purple and green thing you r doing can you explain what it is about I’m confused thanks
Mindy says
Thank you for taking the time to do this!
Jeanie says
What a fantastic list, Alisha. I’m so thankful to have it for my next grocery store visit! You should also try Simply Nature Cauliflower crackers, cheddar flavor (40 crackers for 3 points). They’re really good.
Alisha Hughes says
Ooo… that sounds great! I am going to have to try those! Thanks for the tip!
Sherry says
