This crunchy garlic-and-herb snack tastes great and is fun to make and eat. These oven baked tortilla chips can be made with star-shaped cookie cutters for Independence Day, or a different shape any time of the year. To make it a savory snack you can use the ingredients below, or you can turn your stars into a dessert by switching out the seasonings with cinnamon and sugar!
