This is our sixth Weight Watcher friendly meal plan that includes Weight Watcher smart points! I hope you have been enjoying these. This week we have been sharing recipes from the SkinnyTaste cookbook called “The SkinnyTaste Cookbook: Light on Calories, Big on Flavor” and we have been pointing back to our giveaway with each recipe. With each recipe shared I mentioned that we would be using those recipes, along with a few more, in our meal plan…. and here it is! Six delicious SkinnyTaste dinner ideas that you and your family will love!
MOST OF THE RECIPES THIS WEEK
ARE GLUTEN-FREE TOO!
I wanted to stick some gluten-free meals in this week’s meal plan for those of you who are looking for that on our site. All of these recipes are gluten-free with the exception of the Buttermilk “Oven Fried” chicken. If you are looking to use this meal plan with a gluten-free diet I would suggest crossing off anything on the printable grocery list (found at the bottom of this post) that has a (1) in parenthesis next to it as those are the ingredients for the Buttermilk “Oven Fried” chicken.
Here is what we have on this week’s meal plan…
BLT Salad with Avocado
5 WW Smart Points
(4 servings)
Buttermilk Oven “Fried” Chicken
7 WW SP
(4 servings)
Cheesy Baked Penne with Eggplant
8 WW SP
(8 servings)
Mongolian Beef and Broccoli
7 WW SP
(4 servings)
Teriyaki-Glazed Grilled Pork Chops
with Pineapple Salsa
5 WW SP
(5 servings)
“Un”stuffed Cabbage Soup
3 WW SP
(8 servings)

Just found your site and loving it. But why don’t you have all 7 days for meal planning?
Alisha Hughes says
Hi Lana, welcome to the site. For our family, we always plan six dinner each week. Then we use that last day to eat out or to eat leftovers. (You can go here for a list of fast food/restaurant options that are low in smart points: http://mealplanningmommies.com//smart-fast-food-with-weight-watcher-smart-points-10-sp-or-less/) I create my meal plans on here like I do for my family, figuring others probably would do something similar. I am in the process of creating an ecookbook right now that will include meal plans with 7 recipes each week.

Thanks so much for your reply. The use of going out at night for one next get makes sense. I am 74 yrs. young and have started WW for the 20th time. First time I joined it was in 1972 after our second son was born. Now after up and down with my weight, have 28#s to lose. I am a lifetime member and kept it off for 10 years. So here I am trying to get motivated again.

Awesome! Good for you Lana! You can totally do this. You’ve already proved that you’ve got what it takes. 🙂
