The Smart Points listed below are the WW FreeStyle Smart Points.
We are carrying on with the comfort food theme this month with recipes like Salisbury Steak, Tuna Noodle Casserole and Country Fried Chicken topped with creamy gravy. To balance out the week we also have included some lighter soups. The Asian Chicken Soup is ZERO Weight Watchers FreeStyle Smart Point per cup. The other soup this week is the Mexican Black Bean and Tomato Soup and it is just 1 WW Free Style SP per serving.
The Mexican Black Bean and Tomato soup and the Beef, Broccoli & Cashew Stir Fry with Ramen both make 6 cups so you may want to make those on a night when you can eat some of the leftovers for lunch the next day.
