We have been getting lots of comments, emails, and messages thanking us for the free meal plans. I love that they are working for so many of you! It’s so fun hearing about your family’s reactions to the recipes and how you are making the meal plans work for you. One MPM reader said she keeps the meal plan printable on her fridge so her family knows what is coming up. Another said she prints off each meal plan and puts them in page protectors so she can use them again and again. It truly is a blessing to be a blessing, and I love being able to help you with your meal planning! Thank you so much for allowing me to be a part of your lives and letting me into your kitchens!
This week’s Weight Watchers friendly meal plan includes 6 of our favorite dinners from the past couple of weeks. Start the week off right with our satisfying Southwest Chipotle Blackened Chicken and Beans, and wrap up your week with our quick and easy Mediterranean Turkey Coleslaw Wraps. Also, included this week is a delicious shrimp scampi recipe (my personal favorite) and a 1 SMART POINT (per serving) cabbage soup! Each recipe is between 1-6 Weight Watchers FreeStyle Smart Points per serving, helping you stay on track with your weight loss.

Where have you been all my life!!! I love love love this…..you have just made my day. I love how you have printables for everything. Everything that I searched today I found here on your website bread, meals, and snacks. Your meals are easy and most look to be kid friendly. I love that since I have two kids. I know where I will be checking for new meals and tips! 🙂

Love your enthusiasm Maria. Glad you were able to find what you were looking for on here. Hope your kids enjoy these recipes too. Some might even be easy enough for them to help you make them. My kids are much more inclined to try a food that they helped make. 🙂 Have a great rest of your weekend!
