It’s that time again… time to share a new meal plan using some of our latest recipes! I have some great news too… All of the recipes in this week’s meal plan are between 1-5 Weight Watchers FreeStyle Smart Points per serving! Something else I think you will love is that five out of six of these entrees includes veggies so you won’t have to come up with side dishes for those recipes. The exception is our Skinny Swedish Meatball recipe that you could serve with something simple like some canned corn, steamed broccoli, or green beans.

I have been busy making printables of the kinds of things I have been putting on my weight loss journal. Last week I shared my list of 100 things you can do besides eat and shared some printables you could use if you wanted to make your own. I hope that little exercise was helpful to you. I know, for me, the realization that I eat a lot less when I sink myself into something I love made me more aware of the times when I was eating out of boredom.
Tomorrow, I will be sharing some printables that MPM readers have been asking specifically for. Come back to MPM tomorrow for some of the weight loss trackers I have been working on.
