Are you ready for a new Weight Watchers meal plan? We have been trying out some delicious dinners here in the Hughes household, and I am happy to include some of the best ones in this meal plan. Here is what we have for you in this week’s meal plan…
Slow Cooker, Instant Pot, or Stove-Top.
Chicken Fried Rice. In the mix this week is one of my family’s long-time favorite dinners, Chicken Fried Rice. I have given instructions for using an Instant Pot or cooking it on your stove-top. The recipe tastes great either way, but is easier to make in an Instant Pot if you have one.
Honey Sesame Chicken and Broccoli. The Honey Sesame Chicken and Broccoli is quickly becoming a new family favorite. It’s sweet and delicious. Kids love this stuff! This recipe can also be made in a slow cooker or Instant Pot.
Chicken and Green Beans with Vinaigrette. This chicken and green beans recipe uses a simple vinaigrette and can be cooked in a slow cooker. This recipe is effortless, and your house will smell amazing!
Sticking to the Stove-Top.
Grilled Chicken Seasoned with Sweet and Spicy BBQ Rub. This quick and easy recipe can be made in a grill pan or a large skillet. We ate ours with mashed potatoes. Our quick and easy mashed potato recipe goes great with this chicken.
Minestrone Soup. This is the latest recipe on Meal Planning Mommies, and it is my personal favorite. It’s simple to make, it is hearty, it packs in lots of fiber, and (most importantly) it tastes delicious!
Bacon Bleu Apple Salad. Cook up the bacon whenever it’s convenient for you, and the rest of the salad can be tossed together in a snap. As I put together this recipe, it occurred to me that I have a formula I use sometimes when I am putting together a salad. Here it is:
The idea of a Bacon Bleu salad is not a new one. The flavors go great together. If you have never had a salad with a Bleu cheese dressing, you should definitely give this one a try!
What’s coming up on MPM…
I am so very grateful for each and every one of you, and I want to do everything I can to serve you as best as I can here on MealPlanningMommies.com.
