How about a new free meal plan?
I had a really fun time creating, eating, and sharing the recipes in this week’s meal plan. I hope you will too! There is a lot of variety in the recipes this week, from a new take on a pepperoni pizza and pigs in a blanket, to a shepherd’s pie and slow cooker salmon loaf recipe.
About the recipes this week.
- Looking for a low point soup? Try the Bean and Barley Soup that is only 2 WW SP per serving. You can always reheat the leftovers, giving you more low point meals to pack into your week.
- Want an easy slow cooker recipe? Try the slow cooker Salmon Loaf that looks like a meatloaf and tastes similar to salmon patties…only easier to make. One serving is only 4 WW SP!
- Want a fun dinner idea that the whole family will love? Try the Zucchini Crust Pepperoni Pizza. It is fun to make and to eat!
- How about a comfort food recipe perfect for a cold day? The Shepherd’s Pie is where it is at if you want a warm, comforting home cooked meal that looks like more work than it is.
- Want a new twist on an old favorite? The Chili Cheese Pigs in a Blanket recipe takes chili cheese hotdogs and Pigs in a Blanket and marries the two. Because low calorie/low Smart Point ingredients are used, one Chili Cheese Pig in a Blanket is just 2 WW SP!
- Looking for a new salad to try? I LOVED the Steak Mushroom and Blue Cheese Salad. It is full of flavor and satisfying, because it is packed with protein.
