How has your summer been so far? If I had to describe our summer so far in one word, it would be B-U-S-Y! I mean, it’s been wonderful doing all of the things we love and want to do, but it’s still busy.
I know many of you can say the same about your summer so far. Whatever your “busy” may look like (vacations, camping, taking kids to sports and other activities, or just trying to keep up with your yard work), it’s quite possible that, in all of your busyness, meal planning is the last thing on your mind! 🙂
Well, if this sounds like you, you will be happy to know that it’s that wonderful time of the month again…that’s right…it’s time for a new Weight Watchers friendly meal plan using our latest recipes!
I decided that describing the recipes in this week’s meal plan would be more fun if I gave each recipe an “award,” so here’s what I came up with:
A little bit about the recipes in this meal plan:
- Quickest and easiest to make: Red, White, and Bleu Salad & the Turkey Reuben Lettuce Wraps
- Most shared/loved since it was posted: Mexican Tortilla Skillet
- My personal favorite: Easy Pork Stir Fry
- Most kid-friendly: Crunchy Baked Chicken Fingers
- Best for leftovers that you can use for lunches later: Italian-Style Wedding Soup
