It can be so hard to jump back into meal planning after the holidays. Our family spent a memorable Christmas at home and then traveled New Years week to be with family. We spent 4 nights and 5 days in the Smoky Mountains near Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg, TN. We ate a lot of food, played games and even spent time in a hot tub on the deck.
For Christmas we told the girls they would get a kitten when we returned from our trip to TN. They couldn’t believe it! They have asked for a kitten many times over the past few years. So once we got home we spent a few days looking and came home with this little guy.
We love him to pieces and the girls are having so much fun holding him like a baby all day! Yesterday my girls got their tonsils out (all 3 of my girls, on one day… what were we thinking?!). So even though the holiday season is over, our family schedule still has not gotten back to normal! Things are pretty crazy around here!
If you are like me, though and want to try to get back to meal planning I have a free meal plan for you for this coming week! Bonus- it’s gluten free! If you love gluten and aren’t allergic (like me!) you can absolutely still use this meal plan. Most everything is naturally gluten free (except for the pizza crust- just sub in a non gluten free crust).
The meal plan is printable and includes link ups to the recipes that are also printable. I have also compiled all of the ingredients into a grocery list for you to print and head straight to the store!

If you would like a blank Grocery List we have one here.
We also have a blank meal plan chart available here.
If you would like to learn a new system of meal planning that will not fail, don’t miss this recent post!

Blessings!
