I am loving each of the recipes that I have for you this week! Each recipe is full of flavor and culture.
We have a Cuban, Thai, traditional American and crock-pot dinner being served up this week.
As always, each meal is Gluten and Soy Free! Please check your ingredient labels to insure products that you are using are indeed Gluten and Soy Free.
Monday: Cuban Tacos (Can be made in a crock pot or in the oven)
Tuesday: Shrimp Pad Thai (This is so easy to make!)
Wednesday: Traditional Roast Beef, carrots and potatoes
Thursday: Pot Roast Horseshoe
Friday: Pulled BBQ CrockPot Chicken
