MyWW Smart Snacks – Green, Blue and Purple Point Totals

November 18, 2019 by Alisha Hughes 56 Comments

*The new MyWW plans have rolled out! This list has been updated to include green, blue, and purple points now.

New update as of January 11, 2020: I have added printable lists sorted by the the points at the bottom of this post. There is a list of just green points, one with just blue points, and one list with just purple points! I hope you like them!!

A list of smart snacks with MyWW Green, Blue, and Purple Snacks!

If you are asking yourself, “What snacks can I eat that are low in MyWW Points?” we have over 60 quick snacks that are 4 or less MyWW Points for you to consider!

Everyone who tries to lose weight has to have a plan for when hunger strikes if they are going to be successful. Being proactive is always your best bet. Not deciding what you will do when hunger strikes before hunger strikes is like going grocery shopping when you are hungry… you are more likely to grab things that aren’t good for you!

I have compiled a list of a quick snack ideas that are worth 4, 3, 2, 1, or 0 MyWW Green, Blue, and Purple Point(s). Add these snacks to your grocery list to keep smart snacks you can grab quick in your kitchen. Keep this list where you can see it so you can remember what snacks you have on hand and how many points they are worth. Cross the snacks off as you run out of them or frame the list so you can cross them off with a dry erase marker.

Plus a ZERO SMART POINT snack on the Blue and Purple Plans!

We have a new favorite quick, easy, and convenient snack 3 Green Points or 0 Blue/Purple Points here on MPM. You will love this Greek Chickpea Salad here. It’s delicious and will get you fueled up and happy until your next meal! 🙂

These lists are great and I have been a ww member since 2005, but when I use my weight watchers app calculator Rold Gold pretzel sticks are 3 points for 16 so I am wondering how you are getting 20 for 1 point thanks.

Hmmm… that is odd. On my app when I plug in “Rold Gold pretzel sticks” it shows that 20 is 1 point… which does seem low. Is it possible that you are looking at pretzel rods or the cheddar flavored ones? Perhaps the app is wrong? Did you go off of the nutrition facts on the bag? I will have to look into this one more. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.

Hi Tabitha, Actually Weight Watchers decided to stop doing points+ points in December 2015 and started doing a new program called, “Beyond the Scale” and the points changed a little bit so they decided to change the name of the points to smart points.

Oh man this really stinks! I started with WW when they were doing just regular points way back when, and then I went back and they changed to points plus. Now smart points? I can’t keep up! All of my recipe books keep getting phased out! Thanks for the update!

I hear you Tabitha. That was one of my initial disappointments too… that I bought these new cookbooks only to have the points not apply with the new system. :/

Hi, I am a little confused here with the Taco Bell Menu:

Fresco Chicken Soft taco (4 SP)

Fresco Soft Taco w/ shredded chicken (3 SP)

Can you tell me what the difference is between these two?

My apologies. The correct one is the 3 SP one… wording in the WW app has changed and the # of SP has changed. When I made the list both were still in the app but I see now that they have taken off the 4 SP one that was worded, “Fresco chicken soft taco”. Thanks for catching that. I have updated the list.

When I scan, w/the barcode scanner on my WW app, the Mini Babybel Light semisoft cheese, it shows as 2 freestyle points each, not 1 (as per your list above). Do you know why there is a difference, and which points value is is “correct”? Thank you!

Oh, that’s weird, isn’t it? When I do a search on the WW app it still shows that one Mini Babybel light is 1 WW SP. I am not sure why it would be different.

I love your great lists, especially were you put several items together for snacks. I have a struggle with breakfast! I joined online WW on the day after Thanksgiving!! I have lost 4 pounds so far, several slip up! I love in a rural area, so not close to a place for meeting. Again I really appreciate you sharing your brilliant info!

What a fantastic list, Alisha. I’m so thankful to have it for my next grocery store visit! You should also try Simply Nature Cauliflower crackers, cheddar flavor (40 crackers for 3 points). They’re really good.

First time commenting on ANYTHING Pinterest-y! I just started WW and have researched quite a lot for easy-to-find grocery-store items for snacking. By far and large the best post I’ve found! I can’t say thanks enough! Now I just need some dinner recipes that take a lesson from you!:)
