I want to share with you my new favorite breakfast!
It’s simple and powerful. Simple enough to put together in just a few minutes and powerfully packed with the nutrition your body needs to keep you going strong all morning long. I literally could eat this for breakfast every single day and not tire of it, which is great because this smart breakfast is just 3 Weight Watcher smart points per serving!
A single serving breakfast idea. . . or not.
When I cook this I am the only one eating it so I am sharing how to make one serving, but this recipe is easy enough to double, or to increase to however many servings you need.
A breakfast that is quick and filling.
If you have been to my post about quick and easy breakfasts that are low in smart points then you know that I do not like to take a lot of time on breakfast in the morning. Of course, I don’t like feeling hungry all morning either. This recipe is an answer to both of these things. I can whip up this breakfast in just a few minutes and be comfortably satisfied for a few hours. I feel so good when I make this breakfast. I know you will too.
