Hey all! I am so excited to be publishing my first Gluten Free Table Meal Plan! Previously, I posted recipes under the title “The Frugal Table” and while I am still trying to make frugal meals, kicking the gluten and soy out of my recipes has become priority numero uno!
I have been gluten and soy free for 3 years after being diagnosed gluten intolerant with a soy allergy on the side. I am still trying to convert many “old stand-by” recipes as gluten free and yet one of the best things about being gluten free is all the new recipes to try!
This week I have a few generational family recipes turned gluten free and a couple of light dishes using some leftovers that are great for this spring weather we have been experiencing.
Yay to spring!
Here’s what’s coming up this week at “The Gluten Free Table”
Monday: Nana’s Salisbury Steak & gravy, mashed potatoes, corn and green beans
Tuesday: Steph’s Spaghetti over zucchini noodles or gluten free pasta
Wednesday: Secret Family Recipe Chicken Kabobs with roasted red potatoes, green beans and beets
Thursday: Salisbury Steak Pizza Burgers (using leftovers from Monday and Tuesday)
Friday: Curry Chicken Salad with Beets (using leftover chicken from Wednesday)
Saturday: Mom’s Gluten Free Coffee Cake
