Here is what you need:
- 4 Olé Xtreme Wellness High Fiber Low Carb 8 inch Wraps
- Cooking spray
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
- 20 slices thinly sliced turkey pepperoni
- 1-1/3 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh basil
Preparation
Preheat oven to 500ºF. Spray both sides of tortillas with cooking spray. Place tortillas on a baking sheet. Top with tomatoes, cheese, and pepperoni. Bake on top rack for 3 minutes. Move to bottom rack and bake until tortillas are puffed and browned around edges, about 3 minutes longer. Sprinkle with basil.Makes 4 pizzas.
