This is my Italian week on MPM! This week’s meal plan includes Italian inspired recipes like Italian vegetable soup, Italian beef sandwiches, Chicken Parmesan, and Pizza sandwiches. Then I thought it would be fun to throw in an amazing Wild Rice soup from The Skinny Fork and a delicious (and simple) Mexican lettuce wrap recipe from Cooking Classy because let’s be honest. . . can a week go by without at least one Mexican inspired recipe in the meal plan? I think not. Not in my house anyway.

Thank you for your help with these meal plans as I need to lose lots of weight & just needed some ideas to get me in the right direction again.
I lost 100 lbs about 3 years ago but the weight came back on & I forgot how I did it.
With suggestions I am hoping I will be heading in the right direction towards good health again

Thanks for all the great recipes I’ve started weight watchers a few times but planning ahead is tough at my house and I ultimately end up falling off the wagon. Hopefully having some planned recipes will help with that
