2tablespoonstaco seasoning from a taco seasoning packet
1/4cuplite Catalina salad dressing,divided
1/2cupreduced fat shredded Monterey Jack cheese,divided
8-12large lettuce leaves
1tomato,seeded and chopped
1/2cupcrispy onions
Instructions
Preheat grill or large sauté pan to medium heat. Spray pan with cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, taco seasoning, and 2 tablespoons Catalina dressing, Continue mixing the turkey mixture until the taco seasoning is evenly distributed.
Fold in 1/4 cup cheese.
Using damp hands, shape turkey mixture into four patties that are 1/2 cup each.
Cook patties in preheated pan for 4-5 minutes on both sides, or until the patties are thoroughly cooked.
Place 2-3 large lettuce leaves on each serving plate. Top each with 1 taco turkey patty, diced tomatoes, 1 tablespoon cheese, 1/2 tablespoon Catalina dressing, and 1 tablespoon crispy onions.
