110.75 ounce can condensed tomato soup
1/2cupsalsa
1/4cupwater
1/3cupreduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Spray large stir fry skillet with cooking spray and set to medium heat. Cook ground turkey in the skillet and crumble meat as it cooks. Add Worcestershire sauce and cook it into the ground turkey.
Meanwhile, using a pizza cutter, stack tortillas one on top of another and cut the tortillas into 1-inch strips. If you are having a hard time cutting them just do three at a time.
Rotate cutting board and cut tortillas going the opposite direction as the step above, so you have 1 inch square tortilla pieces.
Mix tomato soup, salsa, and water in with the meat after it is fully cooked. Add in the tortillas squares, mix well, and allow to cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Add cheese on top and let cook until the cheese melts.
