BLT Wraps

December 27, 2016 by Alisha Hughes 2 Comments

Weight Watchers BLT wraps

quick-easy

You are going to love these BLT wraps that are a cinch to put together. Save this recipe for a night when you have less that fifteen minutes to get dinner on the table. By using precooked bacon you save yourself the time (and mess) of cooking a big package of bacon. Your kids cooking assistants will love to help you put these wraps together too! 😉

Smart Points for one wrap.

If you are counting WW points and do not want to make 8 wraps that is no problem. Here is the serving size of one wrap, which is worth 5 smart points:

1 small flour tortilla, 1 Tbsp. fat-free ranch, 1 Tbsp. shredded cheese, 2 slices bacon, and as much lettuce and tomato as you can pack into a tortilla. 🙂

Save on smart points.

If you want to cut back on smart points you can take big lettuce leaves and use them to make a lettuce wrap instead of a flour tortilla. By taking away the tortilla you shave off 2 smart points per BLT wrap so you can have one wrap for just 3 smart points.

Make it gluten-free.

Using the lettuce wrap in place of the tortilla it is a simple way to make this recipe gluten-free, but you could also use gluten-free wraps. The LiveGFree wraps at Aldi, for instance, are 4 smart points per wrap, so you can swap those out and it would make it 6 smart points per wrap.

You an also save points by using low sodium bacon, and low carb tortillas, 1 to 2 points, depending on brand.
