How the free meal plans work.
Each time I post a meal plan, I include links to each recipe, as well as a free printable meal plan page you can keep on your refrigerator and a grocery list. (Printable meal plan page and grocery list are at the bottom of the meal plan post, or you can click here.)
The concept of our free meal plans is similar to our Meal Planning Mommies ebooks, except with the ebooks, there is no clicking around– everything you need is in one place with the ebooks. With our free meal plans, you will click to each recipe and scroll to the bottom of the meal plan posts to print the meal plan page and grocery list.

Numbers in (parenthesis) next to the ingredient match up with the number of the recipe in the lower right corner.
